Classic Million Dollar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

Eggs

  • 12 large eggs

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook eggs gently until hard-boiled. Cool the eggs completely, peel them, and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks until smooth.
  • Mix the mashed yolks with olive oil until the mixture is creamy. Season as desired.
  • Transfer the yolk mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  • Pipe the filling back into the egg white halves.
  • Top each deviled egg with diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
