Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Large flour tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 3 large flour tortillas Use 4 if needed for a larger batch

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, chopped turkey bacon, and green onions until combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla, leaving a small border on one edge.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from the edge opposite the border you left.
  • Wrap the rolled tortillas and chill them for 30 minutes. This helps them hold their shape for clean slicing.
  • Slice the chilled rolls into pinwheels about 1 inch thick and arrange them on a serving platter.

Notes

I enjoy slicing these pinwheels—the spiral pattern instantly makes the platter feel abundant and fun. Serve these cold as a simple party snack.
