Classic Butter Onion Boil

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large onions peeled
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place each onion on a sheet of foil.
  • Top each onion with butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Wrap the foil tightly around the onion.
  • Cook for 45 to 60 minutes until the onions are tender.
  • Carefully unwrap the onions and serve them hot.
