Cinnamon Banana Brunch Loaf

- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 120 g butter
- 140 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 120 ml milk
Cream the butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
Stir in the mashed bananas and milk.
Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
Bake at 175°C for 50 to 55 minutes.
