Cinnamon Banana Brunch Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 120 g butter
  • 140 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 120 ml milk

Instructions
 

  • Cream the butter and sugar together.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
  • Stir in the mashed bananas and milk.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake at 175°C for 50 to 55 minutes.
