Christmas Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 2 lb frozen pre-cooked turkey meatballs

Sauce

  • 12 oz chili sauce 1 bottle
  • 14 oz jellied cranberry sauce 1 can
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the cranberry sauce in a bowl and microwave at 45-second intervals until just melted.
  • Whisk in the chili sauce, orange juice, and brown sugar until mostly smooth.
  • Place meatballs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Serve topped with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a smoother sauce, strain cranberry mixture after melting. Meatballs can be kept warm in the slow cooker for up to 2 hours.
