Chocolate Fondue with Peanut Butter

Chocolate and peanut butter together always feel like a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. This recipe makes a rich, decadent dipping sauce perfect for sharing.

  • Fondue pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 180 g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (xylitol-free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Heat the cream gently in a saucepan over low heat until hot. Do not let it boil.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate.
  • Let the chocolate sit for 1 minute, then stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until everything is fully mixed together.
  • Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot and serve warm with fruit or biscuits for dipping.

Notes

This decadent fondue pairs well with strawberries, apple slices, pretzels, or shortbread biscuits.
