Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Dipping strawberries in chocolate always creates a timeless treat. This recipe shows you how to make simple, elegant chocolate covered strawberries.

Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries washed and dried
- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Optional Garnish
- white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil.
- Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Place the dipped strawberries on parchment paper.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Serve the finished strawberries on a tray or in a box.
