For the Bowl

For the Sauce

Greek yogurt

lime juice

Instructions
Cook the rice with water until fluffy. Let the rice steam dry after cooking.
Grill the chicken until it is juicy and has slight char marks.
Assemble the bowl by layering the rice, chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, and avocado.
Mix the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and cumin for the sauce. Drizzle the sauce evenly over the bowl.
Keep the ingredients separated when serving for a colorful look. Garnish with cilantro.
