Chicken Broccoli Low Carb Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream or cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • To taste Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Steam or blanch broccoli for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
  • In a bowl, mix cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Transfer mixture to the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This bake works well for meal preparation. You can assemble it ahead of time and bake when ready, or bake it completely and reheat later for a quick meal.
