Instructions
Bake pie crust according to package instructions and cool.
Heat cream until steaming; pour over chopped chocolate.
Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth ganache forms.
Spread cherries evenly over crust.
Pour ganache over cherries.
Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
Slice and serve chilled.
