Ingredients
  

  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 300 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g cherries pitted
  • 40 g sugar

Instructions
 

  • Bake pie crust according to package instructions and cool.
  • Heat cream until steaming; pour over chopped chocolate.
  • Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth ganache forms.
  • Spread cherries evenly over crust.
  • Pour ganache over cherries.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
  • Slice and serve chilled.
