Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced pickles optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in skillet, brown ground beef for 7–8 minutes.
  • 3. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in small bowl.
  • 5. Spread beef onto tortillas, top with cheddar and mozzarella.
  • 6. Roll tightly, place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • 7. Brush with garlic butter and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  • 8. Cool slightly, slice into pinwheels, garnish with pickles, and serve.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be prepared ahead, refrigerated, or frozen. Reheat in oven for best results.
