shredded cheddar cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

olive oil

flour tortillas

melted butter

garlic
minced

soy sauce

balsamic vinegar

tsp
onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
to taste
sliced pickles
optional, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet, brown ground beef for 7–8 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in small bowl.
5. Spread beef onto tortillas, top with cheddar and mozzarella.
6. Roll tightly, place seam-side down on baking sheet.
7. Brush with garlic butter and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
8. Cool slightly, slice into pinwheels, garnish with pickles, and serve.
Notes
Best served warm. Can be prepared ahead, refrigerated, or frozen. Reheat in oven for best results.
