Caprese Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Stuffing cherry tomatoes feels playful—simple but so satisfying. This recipe makes fresh, colorful finger food perfect for your next gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup fresh mozzarella finely diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the tops off the cherry tomatoes and gently scoop out the seeds.
  • Mix the diced mozzarella with the chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Spoon the mozzarella filling into the hollowed-out tomatoes.
  • Chill the stuffed tomatoes for 15 minutes before you serve them.

This recipe is naturally gluten-free and works well as a light dinner component or a party snack.
