Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parm Chicken

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 600 g chicken breast or chicken tenders
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • To taste Salt & pepper

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • As needed Parsley For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken on a baking tray and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • While the chicken bakes, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan, mayonnaise, milk, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the sauce.
  • Remove the hot chicken from the oven and brush it generously with the prepared sauce.
  • Return the sauced chicken to the oven for an additional 3 to 5 minutes to set the sauce.
  • Garnish the finished chicken with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This recipe focuses on achieving the baked, saucy texture. For a slower cooking method, you could cook the chicken first and then toss it with the sauce before a final bake.
