Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels
These pinwheels are a fun, comforting, and slightly spicy appetizer perfect for casual gatherings. They remind me of game-day snacks we’d share around the table, laughing and reaching for just one more.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (alcohol-free)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- As needed flour tortillas
Mix the softened cream cheese with the buffalo sauce in a bowl until combined.
Stir the shredded chicken and shredded cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly over the flour tortillas. Roll each tortilla tightly.
Wrap the rolled tortillas and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. After chilling, slice the rolls into pinwheels.
Serve the pinwheels cold or warm them slightly before serving.
This recipe is great for parties because you can prepare the pinwheels ahead of time. If you prefer more heat, add extra buffalo sauce to the mixture.
