Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, with the mother
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon or 1 stick
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • 1.5 cups warm water or brewed green tea
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cranberry juice optional, up to 1/2 cup
  • 0.5 tsp psyllium husk optional, up to 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • If using green tea, brew it and allow it to cool slightly.
  • In a large glass, combine grated ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar and stir thoroughly.
  • Add raw honey and cranberry juice if using, and stir again.
  • Mix in psyllium husk just before drinking to avoid clumping.
  • Drink immediately for best results.

Notes

Use a straw to protect your enamel and rinse your mouth afterward. Start with 1 tablespoon of vinegar daily and increase gradually. Avoid undiluted consumption.
