Boiled Eggs with Mustard Sauce

Mustard sauce adds just enough tang to turn plain eggs into something special.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 15 g Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • 2 g salt

Instructions
 

  • Hard-boil eggs. Place eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Cool eggs in ice water, then peel them.
  • Slice the peeled eggs in half.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and salt together to make the sauce.
  • Spoon the prepared sauce over the egg halves.
  • Chill the eggs briefly before you serve them.
