Boiled Eggs for Breakfast Bowls

Adding boiled eggs to bowls makes breakfast feel complete and satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water.
  • Bring water to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to ice water, cool them, peel, and halve.
  • Divide rice into bowls.
  • Add avocado, tomatoes, and halved eggs to the bowls.
  • Season lightly and serve.
