blueberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°F and line a baking pan with a silicone baking mat.
Puree peaches in a blender until smooth; sweeten if needed. Pour peach puree in swirls onto prepared pan.
Puree blueberries, sweeten if necessary, and fill in gaps around peach puree.
Spread evenly with a spatula and create a marbled swirl.
Bake for 6–8 hours, checking every 1–2 hours until fully dry but still flexible.
Cool, peel off baking mat, and cut into strips.
Roll with parchment to prevent sticking and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Adjust sweetness depending on ripeness of fruit. Store in a cool, airtight container for best freshness.
