Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped peaches peeled if desired
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1-2 tsp honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 170°F and line a baking pan with a silicone baking mat.
  • Puree peaches in a blender until smooth; sweeten if needed. Pour peach puree in swirls onto prepared pan.
  • Puree blueberries, sweeten if necessary, and fill in gaps around peach puree.
  • Spread evenly with a spatula and create a marbled swirl.
  • Bake for 6–8 hours, checking every 1–2 hours until fully dry but still flexible.
  • Cool, peel off baking mat, and cut into strips.
  • Roll with parchment to prevent sticking and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Adjust sweetness depending on ripeness of fruit. Store in a cool, airtight container for best freshness.
