Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth no onion or garlic
  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

Optional Additions

  • 1/4 tsp ground flaxseed optional
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine blueberries and beef broth. Gently warm the mixture over low heat.
  • Mash the blueberries into the broth with a fork.
  • Remove from heat. Sprinkle in gelatin powder while whisking until fully dissolved.
  • Stir in optional flaxseed or turmeric if using.
  • Pour mixture into silicone molds. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.

Notes

Store in the fridge up to 5 days, or freeze for 1 month with parchment between layers. Ideal for joint support and hydration.
