low-sodium beef broth
no onion or garlic

unflavored gelatin powder

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine blueberries and beef broth. Gently warm the mixture over low heat.
Mash the blueberries into the broth with a fork.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle in gelatin powder while whisking until fully dissolved.
Stir in optional flaxseed or turmeric if using.
Pour mixture into silicone molds. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
Notes
Store in the fridge up to 5 days, or freeze for 1 month with parchment between layers. Ideal for joint support and hydration.
