Beef & Potato Hobo Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 120 ml beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste
  • 1 paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Layer the ingredients in your baking dish. Start with a layer of sliced potatoes, followed by the ground beef, and then the sliced onion.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and beef broth evenly over the layered ingredients.
  • Season the layers generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
