Beef & Potato Hobo Bake

- 500 g ground beef
- 4 potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 120 ml beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper to taste
- 1 paprika to taste
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Layer the ingredients in your baking dish. Start with a layer of sliced potatoes, followed by the ground beef, and then the sliced onion.
Drizzle the olive oil and beef broth evenly over the layered ingredients.
Season the layers generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
