  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices beef pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Arrange beef pepperoni slices in a non-stick muffin tin.
  • 3. Mix cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  • 4. Divide mixture evenly over the pepperoni, pressing down slightly.
  • 5. Bake for 8 minutes until cheese edges are golden and crisp.
  • 6. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin.

Notes
