Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, and egg in a bowl.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown.
  • Allow the loaf to cool before you slice and serve it.
