Banana Blueberry Muffins
Blueberries added bursts of freshness to the banana base.

Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
- 3 bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl until smooth.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures gently. Do not overmix the batter.
Fold the blueberries carefully into the batter.
Bake at 180°C for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the tops are domed and golden brown.
For presentation, you can add extra blueberries on top before baking and dust with powdered sugar after cooling.
