Ingredients
  

  • 700 g Chicken breasts or thighs
  • 120 ml Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar optional

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken directly into the crockpot.
  • Add soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and vinegar.
  • Stir lightly to coat the chicken.
  • Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken in the sauce.
  • Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables.
