- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp neutral oil avocado or coconut
1. Peel and slice bananas thinly (3–4 mm) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
2. Toss slices gently with oil in a bowl.
3. Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over banana slices evenly.
4. Place slices in a single layer in air fryer basket.
5. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Let cool completely to allow crisping before serving.
Use firmer bananas for best results.
Store chips in an airtight container with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
