A healthy and crunchy air fryer snack made from bananas and lightly sweetened with cinnamon sugar. Perfect for lunchboxes or guilt-free snacking!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp neutral oil avocado or coconut

Instructions
 

  • 1. Peel and slice bananas thinly (3–4 mm) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  • 2. Toss slices gently with oil in a bowl.
  • 3. Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over banana slices evenly.
  • 4. Place slices in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  • 5. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • 6. Let cool completely to allow crisping before serving.

Notes

Use firmer bananas for best results.
Store chips in an airtight container with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
Skip the sugar for a no-added-sugar version.
