Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread.
  • Scramble eggs quickly in a pan using olive oil spray.
  • Mash the avocado and spread it on the toast.
  • Top the avocado toast with the scrambled eggs.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
