5-Ingredient Crockpot Chicken

This recipe provides a simple method for preparing chicken using only five main ingredients in a slow cooker. It helps make weeknight dinners manageable, even on busy days.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Shred or slice the chicken and serve it.

Notes

This recipe is designed for ease. You can shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks before serving.
