Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook the sliced chicken breasts in the skillet for 4 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  • Sauté the garlic in the same skillet. Add the cream and parmesan. Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly.
  • Add the spinach to the sauce and cook until it wilts.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Coat the chicken completely in the sauce.

Notes
