  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  • Add buttermilk and gently mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Press dough into mini cups and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes until golden.
  • Let cups cool completely before filling.
  • Whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Fill cups with strawberries and top with whipped cream just before serving.
